Creating Convenience and Efficiency for Sales Representatives
The Digital Showroom has become an integral part of Carmen's daily routine of how she engages with customers and manages her tasks. "The Digital Showroom is our way to work every day. It's like my own showroom on the screen, and the customers really enjoy working with it. They come into the showroom and some of them like to start with the DSR presentations, even before they look at the samples," Carmen explains.
One of the key benefits of using the Digital Showroom is its ability to save time and ensure comprehensive presentations. "It saves a lot of time because it's already prepared. When the customers come to the showroom, I can just start with the presentation. I cannot forget anything. Sometimes there are just samples missing, and I always have everything on the DSR. So I can sell those samples [styles] as well," she adds.

Carmen shares, "I think the presentations are very beautiful because of the videos and the photos we like to put into our presentations. And I think that's why they enjoy it so much. I’m a huge fan."
Having started at Name It when the company was already utilizing the DSR, Carmen quickly adapted to the new technology with the help of her colleague Roya. "Roya told me everything about the DSR, everything I need to know. I just looked at how she was working with it. I was there with her customer appointments, and then I just learned, like, learning by doing. And it worked perfectly. I think it's very easy," Carmen recounts.

Collaborative efforts by the team ensure that the presentations are always up-to-date and relevant. "Daniela puts the presentations together. She shares the presentations with us. When we take something out, she takes it out of the presentations as well. So it's like a live update every time," Carmen explains.
The ability to filter and categorize the collection further enhances the sales process. "I can just filter everything so they know what comes when. And they know the budgets, for example, mini baby December and mini and baby January. And then I can split it into genders, boys and girls, neutral as well. That's an advantage for them and for me as well," she notes.
Engaging Both New and Existing Customers
Carmen finds that the Digital Showroom resonates well with both new and experienced customers. "The young ones are always very excited, especially new customers. And they're like, 'Oh wow, this is the future.' Sometimes, they're a bit overwhelmed by it, but I think it's so user-friendly that they engage with it very quickly," she observes.
The Digital Showroom has undeniably become an indispensable tool for Carmen and the entire sales team at Name It. "No, I can't imagine working every day without the DSR, actually," Carmen concludes.
