From Traditional to Digital: A Time-Efficient Revolution
Mihai recalls their transition from conventional methods to Digital Sendouts: "Yeah, with the Digital Sendout, we started actually to use it around one year ago. And since then, I can see a big change on how we work with sales and how we present different parts of our business, both for the sales reps but also for the customers. It has created a very good impact, both in the time used to build the digital sendout, but also how the sales reps and how our customers are perceiving this and also how they use it too. And yeah, I can see right now that it became a crucial part in our workflow."
This shift from using PDFs and PowerPoint presentations to Digital Sendouts has significantly reduced the time needed for content creation. Mihai elaborates: "Before using Digital Sendouts, in the brand, we were doing PDFs and PowerPoint to do that. And then after we implement Digital Sendouts, everything is being transferred to the Digital Sendouts. And the difference, in this one, even though I was not making those PDFs and Power Points before, what I heard from the marketing team, that I am collaborating a lot in building the Sendouts with, they have been using, for example, on those NOOS heavy collections, maybe three, four days on creating one PDF. And now with the Digital Sendout you can be done in maybe three hours."

Mihai explains, "And on top of that, the Digital Sendouts also adds a bit more value on the way on how you can arrange and merchandise the styles, where you can connect styles with pictures and have it more interactive for the customer as well. Where before in the PDF that interaction is not there. And now they can click on the styles, they can open the styles. You can see all the style details. They can also export it to our B2B platforms. They can place the order from it. A lot of things that, besides the time saving, were not there when they were doing PDFs and in PowerPoints."
Innovative Use Case: Live Streaming at Fashion Fair
Noisy May has also utilized Digital Sendouts at high-profile events, such as the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair. Mihai recounts the pioneering use of live streaming: "But then we also have events like the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, where we create Sendouts for. And this is also a very good example, because that was the first time when we actually hosted a live stream in the Sendouts with the integration from Vimeo, where the livestream was live on Vimeo, but we can embed it in, in the Sendout. And that's again something that, got a really good feedback because they can see the live stream at the top. They can watch it. And then, scrolling down, they see all the products that are being presented."

Mihai emphasizes, "I would recommend other brands to use the Sendouts app, because it's very easy to build. It gives you a very nice layout where you can combine styles with, marketing content. In our case, as we use pictures and videos as well. Depending on the case, we can also include live stream in the in the Sendout. It's connected to the B2B platform, a platform that our customers already know and are familiar with. And the whole workflow is just more streamlined than, yeah, maybe what everybody was used to do before. When it comes to PDFs, for example."
