Trendy, young, and acclaimed shoe company Axel Arigato makes great results and expands to new international markets. In their concept stores, they keep the modern on-brand experience – thanks to Touchtech’s technology. 

– We can make sales for more than 20 000 USD per in-store screen each month. And those numbers would have been impossible without using Touchtech, Albin Johansson CEO Axel Arigato explains. 

By using the in-store ordering solution from Touchtech, Axel Arigato does not have to display their sneakers in every color and size. Since they don't depend on cashiers to make sales or other systems to check if a product is in stock, the staff can spend more time with the customers and close more deals. 

– We thought about having smaller screens, like tablets, in our stores, but when we saw the interactive functionalities that Touchtech brings, we liked it. Our products look really good on a big screen, and it adds a digital feeling to the store. It was the perfect fit for us.

Axel Arigato is a Swedish brand that has had great success since they started selling their minimalistic shoes in 2014. Just three years later, they opened their first physical store in London, and they sell to more than 100 countries online. Today, Axel Arigato has several stores in Europe, including Stockholm, Paris, London, Berlin, and Copenhagen. Every store follows the same concept and idea. Axel Arigato keeps it modern, minimalistic and offers their customer something more than a traditional retail shop. 

– Having Touchtech’s solution in our stores just makes sense. The customer can interact with us as a team, but also with our whole assortment, without us having every product in the store, Albin Johansson says.

Axel Arigato implemented Touchtech’s solution by using only an API. Only an introduction to the system was needed, and after only two weeks, Axel Arigato's own developers had implemented the system. With in-store ordering, Axel Arigato managed to elevate the store experience to match their customer's expectations of what a modern, digital and attractive brand should offer while providing amazing results as well.
